How do I register to be an Online Teacher?
Registering as an Online Teacher is simple. Simply click the following link:

Make sure you fill out all the fields in detail so we are aware of and can assess all your skills and qualifications.
What are the requirements for being an Online Teacher?
We ask that you possess at least a Masters Degree, access to the internet, and an excellent command of the English language. More info can be found here:

I don't have a Masters Degree. Can I still be an Online Teacher?
Often there are extremely qualified individuals out there who who can
provide help with homework without a Masters or PhD. Our team looks carefully at every applicant individually. We encourage you to apply anyway!
I have applied. Now what?
Your application will be carefully reviewed. You will receive an e-mail letting you know of your acceptance status shortly.
I've been accepted. Now what?
There is a link in the acceptance e-mail that you must click (after reading the Terms and Conditions) if you agree to the terms. If you click AGREE, you are ready to log in.
Help! The link won't work!
Don't worry. If the link won't work, or you deleted the e-mail, simply write to
staff@homeworkauthority.com with the subject AGREE and you will be added manually.
What do I do if I forget my password?
From the main-page, www.homeworkauthority.com, you need to click the FORGET PASSWORD button. Enter your e-mail and your password will be sent to you.
Where do I find the questions from students?
After signing in you must click on the QUESTION POOL located above your PROFILE. If it is empty there are currently no questions available.
There is a question that is NOT in my field of study. Can I accept
it?
There are many teachers who will be qualified for each question. You should stick to your strengths. However, if you feel that you are FULLY capable of answering the question in a more than satisfactory way, go ahead!
How do I accept a question?
Click the order number and read the question, including any attached files. If you feel confident you can answer it by the deadline, check the box beside the question and hit ACCEPT.
I've accepted a question. How do I answer it?
Go to your WORK HISTORY. Click the question you have selected. If it is a short answer you can type it directly into the field. If your answer is longer, please write it on a word processor (ie Microsoft Word) and save it on you computer. If you have hand written notes, scan them onto your computer, then save the file. Longer answers, diagrams, scanned notes etc. can be UPLOADED in the UPLOAD fields. When you have completely answered the question, hit SAVE, and you're done!
How and when do I get paid?
We pay our teachers through PAYPAL. Signing up is free, and all you need is a credit card. Money will be credited onto you credit card. It's fast and easy. If you DO NOT have a credit card you can receive a check from us. Please note that payments are made on the 1st and 15th of every month once you have accumulated $50 worth of credits.
I have a question. Who should I contact?

I have encountered a bug on the site. What should I do?
Please copy the URL address and email it to staff@homeworkauthority.com along with as much info as you can give us (what you were doing, the exact nature of the problem etc.).
